HOT OFF THE PRESSES: The Spring 2022 Issue #2 of “The Aspen Scoop”:
Following a high-low balance initiated in the inaugural edition (see below), Issue #2 features hidden-gem tacos, Guy Fieri’s recent visit to Aspen Highlands, showstopper desserts, and shout-outs to Pop-Up Magazine in Aspen (March 11-12), a local-favorite nut milk, and Aspen’s official flower.
Much gratitude to Issue #2 SPONSOR, Durée & Company! I met Durée this past summer at the 2021 Food & Wine Classic in Aspen, and it has been a joy to see her award-winning business plant roots here. If you need top-notch PR/marketing to serve your business, check her out.
New to Amanda Rae Food? “The Aspen Scoop” is a 4” x 11” printed “tip sheet” featuring fun food tidbits for visitors and locals. I plan to publish 4-5 issues per year, each on brightly colored, 65-pound card stock. This is my way of sharing bite-size food intel with the Aspen community and a means to draw traffic back to my website, Amanda Rae Food newsletter/ezine, and food concierge service I’m launching this year.
